We are an independent developer team (indie developers) passionate about making learning easier. YTDemia is designed to provide a distraction-free, structured educational environment built around publicly available educational content on YouTube.

Content Ownership & Usage
We take intellectual property very seriously. Please note our operational boundaries regarding third-party content:
- No Storage: We do not download, rip, or store any video files on our servers.
- No Alteration: We do not modify, alter, or claim ownership over the underlying video content.
- Official API: All videos are embedded and played directly through the official YouTube IFrame Player API.
- Monetization intact: Views and ad revenue (if applicable) continue to flow to the original creator as intended by YouTube's embed architecture.
Fair Use for Education
YTDemia facilitates the creation of personal notes, timestamps, and structural course organization around existing videos. This auxiliary user-generated context is meant to augment the learning experience, falling firmly under educational "Fair Use" principles as it transforms the viewing environment without replacing the original market value of the video itself.

If you believe that any content linked or embedded on YTDemia infringes upon your copyright, please notify us immediately. Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice or a direct complaint from a verified creator, we will promptly remove the offending link/embed from our index.
