6. AI-Generated Content

Our AI summary feature uses Google's Gemini API. AI-generated summaries are provided for convenience and may not be 100% accurate. You should verify important information from the original video content.

7. Service Tiers

Free Tier: Limited to 3 AI summaries per day. Core features including course creation, note-taking, and progress tracking are available without limits.

Pro Tier: Unlimited AI summaries and additional premium features. Pricing and features are subject to change.

8. User Generated Content

You retain ownership of any notes or content you create using the Service. By creating content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
